Lease Terms
- All guests must comply with the Relais Rules during their stay.
- Guests will be required to show a valid ID, as mandated by law, at check-in. Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their children, as well as any behavior that may disturb other residents in the neighborhood.
- Guests are asked to minimize noise to avoid disturbing the occupants of neighboring properties, especially during nighttime hours.
- Visitors are not allowed. Any overnight stays by visitors must be approved in advance by management and are subject to additional charges. Parties and gatherings are prohibited on the property.
- Guests are kindly requested to turn off lights, appliances, and the television to conserve energy.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the Relais. Any damage or breakage must be promptly reported to the Relais manager.
- Small/medium-sized dogs are allowed by prior agreement and with additional cleaning fees.
- The owner reserves the right to revoke guests’ stay if they do not comply with the house rules.
